definitely play around with it a bit, i've had some problems. I was having good luck with the bulk uploader as well. I have noticed that it can take a few minutes (sometimes a lot more) for the HD link to appear even though the video will be playable in SD, so be sure to be patient.
No offense, but it kinda looks fuzzy. Is it just because it was focusing on the enviroment or something? :X

the 1080p files was uploaded but youtube will only play it as 720p.

Just checked back and both of my test ones have the HD option. I'm going to try one shot in 720 and see if they recognize it as HD.

What did you do to the upload so that the viewer has the option of "Watch In HD" or "Watch In Normal Quality"??

Nothing- this video is unedited, straight from the Aiptek Action-HD to youtube. The beta uploader was used.
