try jump roping..i used to all da time n i wuz able to dunk on a 10 ft rim when i was only 5'10 n i wuz 5'7 n able to tou3h the tome of the rim but ckouldnt dunk..now im 6'1 n i ckan dunk like nothin (3 inches taller) on a 12 foot rim

Epitomizes everything that's wrong with basketball today. The dunk and the one-on-one showboating are glorified which reduces the team game of real basketball into a complete joke. Some of the highlights are of guys doing fancy dribbling in the middle of the court which doesn't even lead to anything while the other 8 guys stand there and just watch!!
