actually there are several engines that look similar to Billy. Manning Wardle classes like the L Class is Billy.

Looks like Hiro is engine driven, which is cool because it looks like HiT are aware of why people prefer bachmann engines to hornby engines. If a trackmaster engine is tender driven it's going to come off the rails easily. I can at least see that charlie is slightly more square than billy, and he's got blue wheels not red ones like the wooden model.
