I'm almost finished with reading the book 'America The Vulnerable' and I gotta tell you, he makes good points and proposes common sense solutions to better deter terrorism on US soil, which is the main focus of the book.

He rarely mentions the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Hardly anything political about it.

From reading his book Flynn strikes me as a pragmatic guy, a security expert who isn't interested in politics, but I could be wrong.

I don't know how true it is that authorities will start imprisoning Americans, but I've seen a few telling signs.

CCA briefly touched on civil unrest in a press release last year.

I have seen and heard others talk about the increase presence of military checkpoints on American roadways. Also, a few private security firm (like BW, ISS) being outside of major companies.

It's actually more of a Reserves program for the Army Corp of Engineers. Which is already 98% civilian to begin with.

#2 Is this an organization for just the youth or are adults going to participate? Joe Farah has, so far, been unsuccessful in getting any information out of the Obama camp on this. The implications of such an organization are staggering! What would it do? According to the title, its a civilian force so how would it go about discharging national security issues? What are the Constitutional implications for such a group? How is this to be paid for? Yes, he did, but in two different sentences, and he did not speak that specific phrase. I realize that you probably misspoke, but others are quoting you quoting Obama incorrectly.
