syesha deserved to win...she's got such a beautiful voice and she's also a great performer...but she is already a winner! she's gonna be a huge star....and the winner of this show is gonna be forgotten, just like it happened with Ruben or Taylor Hicks....:)
i don't think he deserves to win...he is not the best singer or even a good performer, but there are a lot of little girls out there with a lot of free time to make those calls :)
The producers clearly wanted Syesha gone, but choosing such a blatantly dumb song for her final piece was just obvious sabotage. We fans all recognize this. We're more intelligent than they give us credit for.
firstly thanks so much to big2ratz. yes as many would have predicted, syesha goes home tonight. Personally, i like david A. for his sincerity and humbleness (just hope it is genuine) and david C. for his amazing talent. i believe david c to be the better singer...
this is not a competition on who's nicer...it's a singing competition and contestants should be judged on that. I think a fair finale from an artist's point of view should have been Syesha vs. D Cook.
Being a winner on american idol is not just being humble, you are representing the whole country and have to be the best of everything. only david cook have it all. i cried on his returning home video, and it is really big advantage for him because he has a huge talent. not just smiling......and tweetum thing to be voted.
Both of them have their own rights to be American Idol but hopefull America will see the big difference for two... I will go for young David... I was touched to know that someone out there (like kids with cancer or desperate young ones) was inspired to go on or to make there dreams come true because of David Archuleta's Voice and his humbleness... Go for David A...

cook will win regarding about people like the voice. and archuleta will win regarding popularity. but we are talking about american idol. not just the voice or popularity it is about the totallity of who will be the winner.
whoa, what a shocker, couldn't c that one coming.... brooooooooooke shoulda been there =( and perhaps danny or carly.... but 'tsok, ever since it first started i knew david archuleta would win AI, for the cute factor and voice and mainstream shiz and all =)
the song seysha sang goin home is the song she should have sung,and maybe she would have won over david cook..........stupid seysha..
