  • how old he ?

  • Alex: like a bear very cute

Helena: he havent met Xiong Xiong yet

  • its funny wen they go up on the side like people XD

  • Very nice <4

  • That's amazing watching your mal swim! Fortunately our two haven't shown an interest in swimming as they're long-haired and it takes hours to dry them. Thanks for uploading!

  • AHHH so cute, look at his eyes. he was so happy

  • I Swim everyday ~!!

  • That seems to be a very good way of exercising a Husky. It keeps 'em cool, AND wears them out. X3

Cutie (and not just the dog ;) ).

  • dude...chicks dig malamutes.

  • dogs seem like they are natural swimmers but i guess some? or...?

  • Malamutes actually have webbed toes, to act like snow shoes when they pull sleds, so they tend to be very good swimmers. All dogs are capable of swimming, but some breeds tend to prefer it more than others.

  • so cute..

  • He looks terrified of the water when he swims. xD

  • Exactly! It was he's 1st attempt, it took him 40 minutes before he decided to get off the side of the pool! But you can see he doesn't seem to wanna stop swimming!

  • PADDLE CAESAR PADDLE!!!!!!

Could it be that his fur absorbed a lot of water and just made him feel really heavy. o_O

  • such cute dogs

  • wow :) soo cute, where the heck where you swimming at... bush gardens or sea world? lol it sonds like a big concert

  • my dog hates the water, good jog :)

  • where is this place? Is this a doggy pool?

  • yeah but i know the malamute can kill mastiff, mastiff are slower, and they got smaller mouth, and plus malamutes are probably smarter too, they got everything it takes to kill bullmastiffs.

  • yes they can! they can take on animals by themselves, sometimes their alpha wolf or the leader doesn't want them to be in the pack anymore, so then they get kicked out, and sometiems they have no choice but to attack alone to survive, and soemtimes they are sucessfull! i've seen a single wolf kill animals alone and chase animals alone in Planet Earth! go buy it on blu-ray disc and watch it.

  • Talking about majority cases, wolves driven out of pack often hunts on small animals or those that are about the same size. Nothing as big as a bear/moose. But of course, there's always an exception in anything we talk about.

  • the malamute is probably more agile too, i bet the malamute can dodge his attacks and strike into the mastiffs neck real fast and then rip that shit out.

  • There is no absolute answer to your doubt. And this is something nobody wants to persue to find out, I believe.

  • plus the malamute got thick fur, and those bullmastiffs mouth looks smaller and weaker than the big jaw of the malamute, the malamute is also wolfish too. you know in the wild, wolves kill animals larger than it.

  • Wolves work in a pack to pick on a large game (moose) and their success is due to their teamwork, not that they are good fighters. In fact, wolves keep themselves away from bears when they're alone. No wolf can take on a moose by itself.

  • yeah but i read malamutes are friendly to human and dogs, but will attack other dogs if provoked. so that means if that mastiff wanna F with it, then it's GG game over.

  • They are naturally more aggressive to dogs of 'foreign packs' but does not necessarily mean they're good fighters. Mastiff's jaws have stronger grips.

  • well i mistaken, i meant a alaskan malamute vs a bullmastiff, not a siberian husky 'cuz siberian husky's can't weigh that much.

i know, i'm not going to train a dog to kill. i like alaskan malamutes, my friend thinks that a bullmastiff will kill a alaskan malamute, but i told him no way.

  • the shape of their jaws are different, thus it surfs different purposes. No point arguing with ur friend. Tell him/her that Alaskan Malamutes are graceful dogs that are also known as the 'King of all working dogs'. Strength is 2nd to none. Also known as friendly giant. Unlike some other breeds, malamutes were not known to be bred as fighting dogs. =)

  • who will win? a full sized 140 lbs siberian husky trained to kill or a full sized 120 lbs bullmastiff trained to kill? if they're close, who do you think will win?

  • Choose not to think? I think training dogs to kill is sick and inhumane. Like training a child into a killing machine.. no respect for life at all.

  • how do you train it to swim?

  • I just leave him in the pool and let his instincts lead him =)

  • Que bonito video!

    eisa

  • He sure is cute! I want a malamute; I have a border collie who acts like him XD

  • my friend had a broken leg at the time he was with his parents at the park and he fell in the river but none of his parents could swim so there malamute jumped in and pulled him out

  • wow thats really incredible ! i have 2 boy alaskan malamutes and they always jump in and try 2 save me when i just go for a swim in the pool ! they are very caring i love them 2 bits!

  • my friends malamute saved his life

  • alaskan malamutes are ruthless i know of one that killed an akita in like five minutes

  • They are very gentle to human by nature. Any dogs can be ruthless if not trained properly. Perhaps the Akita was killed cos the malamute is stronger. If it were to be a Mastiff against a malamute, the malamute may have died. So yea, i feel that we can't draw conclusions base on that incident.

  • where was this filmed, where is there a doggy pool

  • oh my god your dogs are so cute! especially ceasar! who doesn't want to stop swimming even though his eyes look terriffied!!! LOL. what a nice video! He's adorable!
