  • ah the Book of Ecclesiastes

  • I loved this. Thank you for sharing.

  • Very interesting my friend. I never did see it from this perspective. Very good!

  • good vid

  • I don't see the exact tie in to wisdom equals silver and spirituality, but the story was good.

  • Where in the bible did King Solomon say those words and the story about after the war? some it does sound very familiar from Ecclesiastes 4?

  • Somewhere in there yes.

  • Great video! Love the music!

  • so very very true

I also sence preperations for a nice long victory lap

  • You have hit on the real 'PURPOSE' (or point) of existence.

It is to make intelligent life (us) through experiencing both pleasure and PAIN, 'MORE INTELLIGENT'.

People say, "If there is a GOD, why does he allow such suffering"?

It is to make us (who are NOT so intelligent LIFE at the moment) EVENT-ually 'REALISE', THAT 'PAIN HURTS'.

We will then STOP doing the things that CAUSE US PAIN.

Unless we experienced the UN-TRUTH/FALSE, we could NEVER get to a point of REALISING the TRUTH.

  • well put

  • The cause of suffering is desire, the opposite of desiring is contentment "be content with such things as you have", to be content is to be happy, as soon as desire arises suffering begins, like a little kid that screams for a chocolate bar, we do the same, but quietly inside for other things, we suffer for the things we want but don't have, we suffer to try to get them, we suffer to keep them and then suffer when we lose them, if not during life then at death, including our bodies.

  • And the winner is! Beautiful and inspiring video my friend. Keep up the most excellent work.

  • thanks!

  • pathetic!

    .....oops... I meant "prophetic".

    Vee nicee work T-Gee.

  • good video. Cant find the endlessmountainvideo so quickly, i got to go to work.

But maybe you win also the Davinci silver, then you will be named king Solomon, the wise.

  • Great Vid TraderGee! I think that the fellow down below who called it "corny" may be entered in the contest as well :P

  • Great video. Thank you.

  • Very nice video, did you put this together yourself?. I have enjoyed your videos but thought of you as a guy playing games with stocks and strategy, now I see you as a man whom has an understanding of greater things, thank you for showing this side of your being. Chris

  • Yes I did and yes I am! lol Thanks alot

  • I thought it was corny. Sorry

  • Wow. Great piece.

  • Money is the root of all evil no matter what form it comes in. Money should be used as a tool and that only, never horded. That being said, I have 37 ounces of silver thanks to these videos and others like them. It is wise to be prepared for an emergency.... King Solomon may have been wise... but he got greedy.... and it tarnished his reputation for all of time.

  • Yes hence the true saying the LOVE of money is the root of all evil. And yes it is just a tool. Thanks

  • would just like to add to the discussion on the usage of a plant to metophorically explain the origin of evil. A "root" = "an origin or source; the underlying support." Take a look at EVERY act of evil. Every act we see has the underlying support of THE LOVE OF MONEY. see the evil, follow the money, know the origin. Also, I'd like to add that the love of money is not the love of currency, but the love of power.

  • true and if you ask the person committing the evil act they will say they are doing the right thing. (Hitler) So can there be anything such as evil except as a judgment?

  • Dude, wicked video, blown away

  • Thank you

  • King Solomon is also the same guy that demanded 666 tallents of gold from his people to build his luxurious temple. If that's not a house of pleasure, I don't know what is.

  • yes he was a greedy bastard

  • Fantastic video - nice message! Thankyou :)

  • "The hearts of fools live in the house of pleasure."

    Good stuff. Thx!

  • I like that quote too, it seems fitting to translate it to latin:

"pectus pectoris of fossor ago in domus of iucunditas"

  • I'm going to memorize that

  • Thanks!
