It's gonna cost money to look like that. You need to drink nothing but water, and not just ordinary water, cloud water, purified of most fluoride. Mostly you can't consume any sustenance but shakeology meal replacements except on few occasions where you need heavy starch, whey and protein u need to RADICALLY change sports from freestyle wrestling to boxing to muay thai to 100m to parkour to swimming to squat competitions to bodybuilding to football to cross country to marathons to triathlon.
Who gives a crap if hes natural or not, does everyone think just bc you take steroids you will automatically look this way? The answer is a big NO. Its not like getting breast implants, you actually have to still workout 6 days a week to keep a waist that small.
Props to this dude, this is how bodybuilding should be, lean and ripped and not huge puffy looking.

@Yoni123 he's not that big lol. he's probably around 180lbs depending on his height which im guessing is around 6ft. steroids make you look beastly. they'll thicken your neck, your fingers, your head your bones and at worst steroid abusers tend to have bloated abs look which is down to increase in size of internal organs (not good). a natural physique like his is very very common and easily obtainable. just look at natural bodybuilding competitions and you'll see what i mean.
@paksallion thats the stereotypical bodybuiler look but thats not what all users look like. moderate amount of steroid use and the right diet and exercise is the best way to get a body like that.

i know alot of people who do struggle putting on size or cutting down seem to think steroids/pro hormones/test boosters is the only option. but no, its all about manipulating your diet and training.
Oh come on, let me wake you up... :) 95% of the people out there who make a living of off their body (fitness models, bodybuilding, etc), are NOT naturals. They are not, believe me. :)
I cannot make any statements about this guy here, but I would be willing to bet he used supplements to speed up his metabolism and to stimulate fat burning. Very few people are willing or capable to make the nutritional sacrifices it takes to get really really lean like this.
