im assuming she uses hair bonds....its small extensions glued to tiny pieces of her hair...for better explanation just look up Hair Bonds
BTW I think considering she doesnt want to ruin her hair the bonds are most likely loosened so her hair isnt strained so much...thus making it easy to pull out

before the show starts they usually find a fan(male) and ask them if they want to be on stage...i think you have to have special seating like VIP to do so
