  • hes just showing you how to do it, of chourse hes not going to be the best. but like me i didnt no how untill i whatched this becuase its the simplest one ive found.

  • I would personally still try to use good form (arched back and all) so that you don't have bad habits if you switch back to regular lifts.

  • why arching so much with the back?

  • since its a bodyweight squat, you cant really damage the back unless you have previous back problems...
