  • I don't want no cheap-*ss Wally World casket! I will haunt whoever goes cheap!

  • This is genuinely scary. Is someone expecting a big die-off? What could be tackier. What if a hinge got put on backwards? No returns. The return counter is already too piled up as it is. Very sinister.

  • A funeral director's job is to control all the details, so the process goes smoothly. He will not be pleased if he has to wait for WalMart to deliver the casket. It also robs him of a substantial source of profit (2-3 times wholesale.) I don't want an angry funeral director in charge of my loved one's last event.

  • you know, everyone wants to "SAVE" Money, Yet ,we want the economy to grow! people, we got to keep money in Circulation to allow the economy to grow! lol

  • i seen someone strolling out the store other day with 1 of hose bad boys hangin outta the shoppin kart.

  • @nudeteawithwoodreaux I would Soooo Put one on Lay-a-Way!

  • A "fat" coffin! from Wallmart!

Ironic, funny and scary - all at the same time...

  • i find this concerning. the d-bags down at walmart headquarters aren't stupid. they chose to sell caskets for a reason. i'm assuming the annual death toll is rising every year? or maybe they got a heads up about some kind of upcoming virus. OR... maybe it's cuz they know they can pay people minimum wage to slap these babys together and then sell them just a cunt hair cheaper than a quality casket.

hmm....either way, wally world's really starting to piss me off.

  • they arent even on the site anymore >.<

  • These caskets..... are to die for. YEEEEEEEEEAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the next thing thats gonna happen is the casket being buried in china which works out cheaper than in the us!!

  • You pay to get into this world with a hospital bill and you pay to get out...Only its cheaper to get in then out....

  • About to order me one to for a bed. I wonder if they ship to your door.

  • Affordable unique cremation urns, handcrafted by wood artists in Florida.

  • Save money LIVE better my ASS!

  • okay what department would u look this up on their website? seriously i'm so curious

  • and why would wal mart NOT offer caskets, after all THEY are going to use there distribution centers all over the US as FEMA PROCESSION LOCATIONS IN THE EVENT OF MARTIAL LAW...... FUCK WAL MART!!!! DO SOME RESEARCH ON THIS PIECE OF SHIT COMPANY AND FIND OUT FOR YOUR SELF THAT THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE ALL MIGHTY BUCK AND TREAT THERE EMPLOYEES LIKE SHIT!!!

  • @tgurlplaymate4u yeah they took the life insurence of one of the worker and claimed themself as the holder of the money and the worker that died the fam got none of the money. did you see the capitalism a love story movie? I take from what you wrote.

  • @neshanr That is so sad :(

  • @allenda77 yes it is sad :(

  • Okay thats just the creepiest thin i ever seen and erns

  • Truly this is not new you could buy a casket on line almost from the atart...also note you local funeral by law has to let you use the casket even if it did not come from them...just watch what they will charge you for the rest of the service, or there services....still best to just use the local funeral home no matter how you go about it YOU will pay to leave this old world.

  • @HymnTimeGospelSongs I would use the local funeral home too. They have been doing funerals a lot longer than wal-mart has. Also they know theres more to funeral services than just embalming dressing and burying.

  • Very cool I would use the service.Anthing to save some money.

  • That Sucks!Next stop, banking and the airline sector.

  • THATS MESSED UP!

  • its a free market. walmart are selling caskets now!its kin dof suprised, but it convenient people on buying casket.its a good thing, isnt it?

  • creepy.

  • LOL The one casket on their site that is shown on the video was rated 4 out of 5 stars? Who tested it out before placing a corpse in there?!?!

  • Wow....Whats next? The Wal-Mart Funeral Home. Pretty Soon they will have the Wal-Mart OBGYN, Next to the optometrist. I think Wal-Mart is Getting Ridiculous.

  • @jhackney88

    yes,they are,actually

  • Wal-Mart knows that we are going to have war here in the USA soon. They are prepared for many deaths & want to capitalize on it! They are also preparing for the H1N1 swine flu to kill off a lot of poor, unprepared people. HELLO?! They know what's coming and they're prepared. Sad thing is, most people don't know that this is coming b/c they're too involved with being entertained with video games, TV shows, and other distractions. When is everyone gonna pay attention? When its too late.

  • Allrighty then , this is creepy , i will never go to Wal-Mart again

  • Brenda is right, "It's a free market". Not surprised by W-M's move. are these made in China too?

  • We all become one eventually. The grieving client. In that state, we're very easily manipulated into spending 8000 on something that cost the funeral home 1500. The funeral industry milks its clients. as much as I dislike them on basic principal, walmart is going to save countless people from being fleeced. The casket that you buy from a funeral home is no better or worse. In fact, I bet you'll see walmart caskets in the funeral homes, just to cut down on shipping.

  • Body parts coming to a WalMart near you. Check out WalMart's hearts, kidneys, livers, eye balls, skin, and the unmentionables. WalMart will soon be opening an organ's harvesting plant. The aim is provide the parts you need, when you need them. WalMart's parts replacement techs will be standing by to install these parts as they become available. WalMart wants what you want - to get you back to the action without delay. Erectile dysfunction, no problem, WalMart offers donkey on down models. Hey!

  • How come they dont sell the FEMA coffins???

  • You get 15% off when you die in stores on Black Friday!

  • That's a damned good idea. The cost of funerals is way out of hand. During these hard times, lot of people are abandoning the bodies of their loved ones because that cannot afford to bury them.

  • They should donate their bodies to science, then.

Myself, I'm being cremated, but even that is a rip off.

You get burned twice, so to speak.

  • Donating their bodies to science is absolutely unacceptable to many people due to religious and psychological reasons. Furthermore, I am certain their are plenty more bodies a year than science can make good use of. What of the surplus? Shall we just feed Grandpa to the hogs? Soilent green, anyone?

  • Wal-mart did this to kill small business owners can't compete and eventually they will die, so Wal-mart offers coffins. The more people spend at Wal-mart/Sam's Club, the bigger and bolder Wal-mart gets. DIE WAL-MART DIE!

  • You hit the nail on the head, yes! WalMart is one of the Elite who are trying to kill 90% of the population, give them the H1N1 shot, then in Nov. another series of man made shots, then everybody will be led to the FEMA camps, and from there you know what happens...
