I found the info from this site. If you google hezekiah walker to become a bishop and click on the first link, it should be something like the pope of pentecost, you will find the info there. It could be like Bishop Larry Trotter in that he was consecrated by both FGBC and COGIC bishops, but based off that site, it said he was COOLJC. I hope that gives a little info on Hez.
I think that is correct, I never been a member of COOLJC, but I used to play for one in Virginia, wonderful people, and they know how to have church, we (Mount Calvary Holy) and COGIC used to fellowship with the COOLJC's in North Carolina, they don't waver from their doctrine but very acceptable to everybody, all our denominations back home fellowship with each other, don't think its unheard of to mentor or ordain or foster a ministry that is not a part of the organization.
