Agaaaain, I said, NAZIS and PATRIOTS are not the same. Watching this video made me think, that russians call their (neo)NAZIS (našhis) patriots. Also your argument isn't true. Estonian patriots or neither (neo)nazis don't do such things. Though, here has been some "activists", also from russian nation, who have painted or damaged some monuments. The thing, you're talking about is because of the monument, which means victory for russians and occupation for estonians.

If you want Russia to return to being a real power, then get a real democratic govt and stop letting Putin kill your journalists. Stop feeling like Russia lost something when the USSR border countries left. When you have a rally/smash things, it only shows that you care, like a pouting child. If Russia is strong, it shouldn't care about tiny Estonia, Azerbaijan, etc.
Every time this happens, its just an excuse for them to bring up the Soviet oppression, deportations, gulag.
