Even the 2bbl 351C's will lay down thick rubber without engaging the front brakes or a stall converter. Clevelands are just solid torque monsters. Wish I still had mine.

people underestimate autos. If its got enoguh power, it can smoke em. I drive a stock '03 Cavalier its got a 2.2 auto and if I floor it, it will spin the tires pretty good

I have also worked on a freind's 70 camaro who sold his bout a year ago. the camaro's valves are tiny square shit that are no where close to the baseball size Clevelands. The top 4 engines of the late 60s and 70s are these from least to greatest. 351 C, Ford 429 Hemi, dodge 426 Hemi and the ford 427 in the Fairlane. In 5th place Chevy's 427
