Just be sure to go slow. Don't do too much right away. I've found that a small amount dabbed onto a cotton ball and put into the rebreathing bag really sends me into orbit, but not so much that I feel in danger.

just started using poppres ive just been introducing it through the air filter intake .got any tips?

I don't guess there are any rules. I use a gasmask with the right fitting, air tight, comfortable. I use jungle (english or dutch ). I put some liquid (~1ml) in a coton (a spere of ~3 to 4 cms diameter). Put in the filter. Connect to the hose, and the hose to the mask. Then let the poppers invading my brain, though sometimes I want to put the mask out of my head. I keep it on, until I feel like a bolt is broken. Then it's only heaven (or maybe hell) : time of all fantasies.
