  • There were so much Toys that were little versions of real things back in the days. This Oven (That runs on LIGHT BULBS?) and the Ice Machine are really strange thinks, but todya there are some Plastic mash ups of real appliances, but this things were real. Amazing. Just like this Vac u Form thingy. But anyway, nothing of these Toys were avialable in Germany.

  • we had an Easy Bake Oven & used all the mixes in one day, then my mom wouldn't buy anymore.

  • @tonlo92 the cakes were pretty good!

  • I love how sexist the frozen treats machine commercial is "Freeze it in MOM'S refridgerator!" Even when I grew up in the 80's it wasn't MOM'S anymore! It was the whole families! If anything it was dads..he paid for it! But in the 60's moms were chained to it!

  • Watch the cars go around, and around, and around... wow

  • My sister had the Easy Bake Oven. The cakes tasted like crap.

  • These commercials aired on Captain Kangaroo.

  • I wanna the Betty Crocker Easy Bake Oven!

  • Wow! I wish I lived in the 70s. (Although my dream is to live in the 80s, haha) They're toys were awesome! And that Easy Bake oven looks more sophisticated than a gay Easy Bake oven now. PINK TREATS? Its looks like fucking clay! And the oven looks like a microwave! If they think that modern is better, than their brain is fucked up!

  • Locking blocks was so taken of lego, bitches.

  • LOL! at :22 it's a cluster fuck, "Hey kids play with this mash up, it's fun!"

At 2:08 was he practicing being a prison guard, while locking the black kid up?

  • waaaaaaaaaaa i want a zoom loom owo and the freeze owo

  • As you can see, little girls liked racers too. I wanted an easy Bake oven. But I never got one, but I bought my niece one I was more exited about it than her. Isn't that Lego's? My sister and I had one of those record players. That weaving machine was too old for me. I don't remember the Freeze Queen. But My nephew had an ice cream maker for children, It had this metal pan you put into the freezer and then a mix you put into the pan, and you stirred it like scrambling eggs and then ice cream.

  • My Sistor and I had one of those icecream maker toy we use it like 2 or 3 times but Mom did not like to buy the stuff too make it becuse cost too much money for just alittle what you get small treat I was cheaper too just buy the icecream by the gallon LOL

  • Cool, you can adapt your Matchbox cars! Clever! I never knew an oven could be the most beautiful! Lock and Block, the beginning of Styrofoam!!

  • Anyone have ANY info on Kenner Classic Tales, the 70s animated series that aired during the Thanksgiving holidays on CBS?

I'd like to know if it's available on dvd, etc.

I can't even find a reference to it.

    Thanks.

  • Try looking for 'Famous Classic Tales' - the first name for the series.

  • Oh wow, try Amazon. They have Conn. Yankee in King Arthur's court (Zoran Janjic).

It says they have 7 titles released but maybe try ebay.

  • I recall "Kenner Classic Tales" in its syndicated form during the mid-'70s. Hosted by Geofrrey Holder, it could be seen on WPIX in NY on either Saturday or Sunday nights.

  • see how things changed

  • I had the record player, and really worked just as the ad showed! It would play any 45 records...good memories!!

  • That racetrack toy is really cool. I love the shot of the kids playing with it while in the backseat of the car. Pause it at 0:56 and you can see a pre-'68 VW Single Cab! Awesome!

  • Everyone wants those tyos lol

  • I had the lock blocks

  • Yeah...I'm thinking 1968-`69 would be more like it.

  • Pretty sure some of these are from the 60s, if not all...

  • @Druffmaul actually they were from the early 70's....
