  • great workout but that stretch actually destroys your knees, i asked my doctor about because i used to do it all the time and he told me it strains your major ligaments in your knees like your acl, mcl, just thought id give you a heads up. P.S. i love working with the stabiltiy ball there are so many drills you can do with it.
