I think I'm probably one of the only Jibbs fans that doesn't completely hate Hollis Mann. I hated that we got Mibbs instead of Jibbs, and that Mann invaded Gibbs's personal life, but I thought they were pretty good together and that the batting cage scene was cute, and I loved the scene between all of them in Ex-Files. Of course I prefer Jenny and Gibbs together, but Mibbs wasn't atrocious. I think more people would like her if she had not have been one of Gibbs's love interests.

Soon after the 'Ex-Files' episode Col. Mann retired from the Army and moved to Hawaii. You see Jenny Shepherd reading about it in an Army newspaper. Nothing was ever said about it on screen.
