@WolfGirl4489 It's at the end of "Out of My Mind" fourth ep of Season 5. He has a dream where he's kissing Buffy and declaring his love for her. When he wakes up from the dream, he realizes he's in love with her. Never occurred to him until that moment. That's when he says please no. I put that in the vid because his love for her was hugely significant in his redemption story and everything changed because of this one moment. Thanks for watching!

Isn't it something how in S2 Spike told Buffy that he wants to help her save the world and in the finale of S7 he did just that. It was full circle for the Spike story. What a remarkable journey he went down and through all of it, I loved how the show wrote him and how James Marsters played him. The chemistry that Buffy and Spike had from the very first scene of Spike watching her dance at the Bronze..You knew that he would be the one that's going to be with her through it all, not Angel.

I got all of my clips by ripping them from the DVD's.

I LOVE the moment he realizes he has feelings for Buffy!!! XD SO sweet! Actually it's friggin HILARIOUS in the show, but you made it sweet!

All of the characters changed throughout the show but Spike was like a Rubix cube!!! I mean, he goes from Killing, to loving, to raping to religion, to sacrifice...it's endless!!! And you're right, he did it all for Buffy. You should have shown her face when he spreads himself out on the cross. When I see her expression I always cry!!! GREAT vid!

Every time I watch this one it brings tears to my eyes. I love how you begin it in black and white then in color as his journey progresses. Only having a few audio comments was the perfect finishing touch.

His life is not in color until she enters it. A little cheesy, I know... but I love it too :) And I didn't want to fill the vid with tons of voiceovers. Just wanted to use a few and that way instead of the clips being lost amongst many, the few that I used would be emphasized. Same thing with why I didn't edit everything on the beat. I don't think it sounds corny at all. I guess I would have to agree since I've made two videos about his redemption and they were both set to music that's considered sacred. Although, there's no mention of God, Jesus, or anything religious in this particular song, I know it's sung in churches. His story is a story of redemption and there were a few religious metaphors used in telling his story. So, although I'm not of specific religion, I would have to agree with you. Thanks for watching!

She really did raise him up--intentionally or unintentionally--he wouldn't have changed a fraction of the amount he did without her.

People aways say that that other guy is the brooding, complicated one, but Spike has so many more layers and such a rich character! The scenes with his mother are especially heartwrenching.. Other characters changed and got all moody when something bad happened, but Spike has been through it all and just sticks to being his awesome self! He was the only reson I could bear watching the end :_ }
