as soon as i recovered from my operation, I was told that plantar warts recur.

after a month,it wasback..

i researched alternative remedies like,. mangosteen juice; the extractof cashew nuts, etc. THE BEST REMEDY I FOUND IS BRAGG's APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.

I soaked my affected foot in that vinegar for a month, and it hasnt come back since.

They say only the BRAGG brand of apple cider vinegar works. I tend to believe that.

DUCT TAPE OCCLUSION THERAPY is even BETTER than vineger - it is completely painless and the wart breaks up and falls off on its own - almost as if magical- its actually the naturally occuring rubber and maybe even the chemicals in the tape, suffocation and hyperthermia which kill it in around a month (with results that are noticable in about 2 weeks) if you wrap it in duct tape, put an ace bandage over it to keep it on - after 6 days wash foot with antibacterial soap and rewrap

I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I got one on the ball of my foot couple months ago. Recently I went to the doctor and she blasted that sucker with liquid nitrogen but it still hurts. I am trying to good ol duckt tape trick now.
