You don't need Agility on Ninjask at all. While some extra speed is nice, you can get it over time while stalling the opponent with a Protect/Substitute combo.
well right off the bat i see you don't have any stealth rock on your team, and because it hits everything and with not many people using rapid spin it might be a good idea to try and fit it in your team somewhere. im not a fan of ninjask just because it gets hurt badly by stealth rock but it looks like you can use it pretty well.
some of your strategies are simply bizarre...

light screen was up thats why hp fire didnt kill it.
