Floyd has to know he's going to make a hell of a lot more money against a juiced up manny than against a clean one, if manny is in fact cheating. its useful for when a boxer times his opponents jab so that they can slip it, acting as a counterpunch in a way. if a boxer can time his opponent's jab correctly then he can be able to slip it effectively. thats what i think anyway
There's more than one way of hitting the speed bag and proper training helps with:
+ building hand eye coordination
+ building hand speed
+ improving head movement
+ timing combinations; including uppercuts and hooks.
+ conditioning arms neck and back
Hitting the speed bag hard and fast for 3min is painful and requires a lot of conditioning and heart. Do that 3-4 rounds and you will be sore for a while.
The speed bag looks easy because it IS easy...once you get the hang of it. Nobody who has never hit one before would come in there hitting it like a boxer, but with a few weeks of practice, it becomes very simply. Hell, a few weeks - possibly even a few DAYS of practice
Not just hand eye coordination , Endurance both legs and arms . its what sets punching bags and double end bags from speed bags . the hight at wich ur arms are working . keeping them up punching nonstop builds shoulder and neck strength .
Professional boxers can do amazing things with speed bags because the speed bag is one of most basic things you can do in boxing training. Once you get the hang of it, it is actually very easy.
notice on many of Pacquiao's speedbag training how he talks to another guy across the hall for more than 1 minute and yet never miss a beat with the bag.

Floyd has to know he's going to make a hell of a lot more money against a juiced up manny than against a clean one, if manny is in fact cheating. For some reason I think maybe he didn't even think about that and his team just wanted every advantage they could get, like any other team, and figured testing might be to their benefit. We'll see what happens.

It would be MUCH, much less blood then a donation!!!!!! A blood test takes about 1 tea spoon of blood and the body would replaces the blood within an hour

Depending on the expertise of who is withdrawing the blood for an Olympic test it would be between 10 ml minimum to 40 ml maximum.
Not much at all. Pac would lose more from a nosebleed during sparring.

You dont think it is suspicious that manny wants a 30 day no testing period? That gives him enough time to have a cycle and get it out of his system by fight time. Manny originally said he would agree to testing 5 days before the fight, When floyd called his bluff he changed it to 30 days before the fight (and after). Thats 30 no testing days he wants! thats enough time to get anything out of his system.

not exactly true, manny did agreed to the extent of having his blood tested 2 weeks prior to the fight, and rit after the fight, all he didnt want was all the random tests throughout his training for the simple fact that he said "will distract him, loose focus and energy"... the test required for blood to be drawn randomly through out the months, 5 days prior to the match n a day b4 the match... manny didnt want to becuz it will make him weak, BUT he never said no... bob arum said no!

Not exactly true (though partly)!!!! Mayweather ORIGINALLY said random testing up to 5 days before the fight, after mannys camp declined floyds camp said they could go up to a 14 DAY cut off before the fight (still random testing but not within 14 days of the fight). And manny wanted 30 days NOT 2 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!! You want me to send you a link?

He didn't do anything special, but maybe he wasn't trying to. Boxers don't hit the speed bag for hours. What would be the point of that? Hit it hard and intense for a few rounds, then move on to the next workout.

its useful for when a boxer times his opponents jab so that they can slip it, acting as a counterpunch in a way. if a boxer can time his opponent's jab correctly then he can be able to slip it effectively. thats what i think anyway

There's more than one way of hitting the speed bag and proper training helps with:
+ building hand eye coordination
+ building hand speed
+ improving head movement
+ timing combinations; including uppercuts and hooks.
+ conditioning arms neck and back
Hitting the speed bag hard and fast for 3min is painful and requires a lot of conditioning and heart. Do that 3-4 rounds and you will be sore for a while.

The speed bag looks easy because it IS easy...once you get the hang of it. Nobody who has never hit one before would come in there hitting it like a boxer, but with a few weeks of practice, it becomes very simply. Hell, a few weeks - possibly even a few DAYS of practice

Not just hand eye coordination , Endurance both legs and arms . its what sets punching bags and double end bags from speed bags . the hight at wich ur arms are working . keeping them up punching nonstop builds shoulder and neck strength .

Professional boxers can do amazing things with speed bags because the speed bag is one of most basic things you can do in boxing training. Once you get the hang of it, it is actually very easy.

notice on many of Pacquiao's speedbag training how he talks to another guy across the hall for more than 1 minute and yet never miss a beat with the bag.
It is as if he got a third eye. The only other person i know capable of doing so is Bruce Lee. Bruce Lee just have to see the start of the punch coming and he does not need to see where it goes cause he is there ready to block or counter it.

Floyd asked for the manny fight and manny pulled out !!!! Now floyd is asking for the mosley fight. Floyd may not have faced the comp he should have in the past, but he is now fighting mosley (#3 P4P in the world and a tougher opponent then manny has ever fought), and has been trying to fight Manny (until manny cancelled). He has even mentioned fighting Bradley and cotto lately. And maweather didnt fear manny! Manny cancelled not floyd!!

What will you say if/when floyd fights mosley (who he called out in 2006)? Mosley was a top 3 WW when floyd first called him out!!!! Mosley is currently the #1 ranked WW in the world (ahead of Pac and Floyd). So let me get this straight, Your saying when Floyd called out Mosley in 2006 "Mosely was still a new comer and not yet a legitimate threat", but now 4 years later your saying floyd is only fighting mosley because he is old? Where is the logic in that? And Pac has a history of canceling fights (De La Hoya) if his opponents dont meet his demands.

NO HE DID NOT!!!!!!!!! There was a rummer that manny had signed the contract, but they turned out to be false. The blood testing was in the contract!! so if manny sighed then that would meen he agreed to blood testing. NEITHER fighter signed the contract and thats a fact!!!!!!!!!!

And can you answer me this? Why did Manny not agree to the 14 day testing cut of (before fight) floyd tried to compromise with? Does he really think having a teaspoon of blood taken 14 DAYS before the fight will affect him. Instead Manny wanted a 30 day cutoff. Thats pretty suspicious considering allot of PED takes 2 weeks to get out of the system. Manny turned down 45 million because he is scared o blood (or mayweather)!!!!!!

Gayweather bicker, Pacquiao goes 2 months out, 24 days out then fight night itself. Gayweather still insists for more. To begin with, Pacquiao is not required to take this stupid test. most boxers use the small bag. I prefer the medium cause you have to hit it harder to get a better rebound. I want to see Manny really cut loose on the speed bag. He can probably hit in 3 d with his body weight. The guy is lightning.
