i lost my dad the same way in march 2010.. he did it while i was in the house and i found him from the ceiling fan.. my heart breaks everytime and i couldn't believe what was happening at the time.. my heart still misses him, we were best friends, he raised me as a single father. I'm now 18 with no father and my heart aches every day because of this.. i miss him soo much

I feel your pain I too lost my 19 year old daughter November 18, 2007 she hanged herself on a tree a half a mile from my house and the pain is still there everyday and I miss her soooo much. GOD BLESS

@madawg66 I lost a friend in Iraq on this date and im also a suicide attempt survivor. I tried to do it on 6 march 2006 because I was unsure of my sexuality and other family issues. Im a veteran of iraq, so i do have my moments. anyways **hugs**

Sit down with your mother and let her know how much she means to you and that you support her. If she has suicidal ideations or talks about a plan take her to the ER IMEDIATELY!

I am so sorry this video is amazing I lost my 13 year old brother from suicide and it is truly hard. If anyone wants to talk let me know I handled it hard my mum and dad was killed when I was 9.

Wow, you said it all in this video, I cried through the whole thing. I too am a 'survivor.' I lost my mom to suicide in 1983 when I was just 11 yrs old. Back then it was taboo to speak of it. I wish they knew what they left behind. We were a typical upper-middle class family, it can happen anywhere to anyone. The pain they must feel to leave everyone must be like the pain we feel after they are gone. No, we never forget them do we. Your video is a wonderful tribute to your son.
