  • to much squat and too little hamstrings..bye

  • Very helpful tips for those of us starting, thanks! One constructive crit: when doing a video for training, whatever the distribution audience, be enthusiastic and cheerful with your voice, even if you think you are. Smile as much as possible. Otherwise you project a bit too serious and stiff. Unfortunately, TV-watching masses that we are, we need more energy injected into the average training in order for our brains not to lose the thread. Sad, but true. Edutainment & and all that. Nicely done!

  • Lose the shoes.

  • besides you people have got it completely wrong; kettlebells are not about mass building, they're about muscle integration. Bare limit apparently is 35 lbs, swung 100 times a day every day, that is the way the ancient Greeks did it, combined with calisthenics, or in my case the Atlas system.

    I'm gonna go ancient here.

  • Actually, depending on what you use them for they are perfect for mass building. Much better than free weights in some cases. But, that's if (if) you know what you're doing and, that just happens to be your goal :)

  • okay I see it now.

I am going to need, one traditional 35 lb one, and two 10 lb ones for the more dangerous farmer burns dumbell swings. There is no way I am doing Farmer burns dumbell swings with the heavier kettle bells; I'm not hercules.

  • just bought a 15lb kettlebell today. Can't wait to get started.

  • the tip about the kettlebell not hanging at the end is great, it's a great indicator to tell if youre using too much shoulder

  • i try with the dumb-bell to do the two arm swing...

  • Great form. Nice work. This is a good example of proper form. This is how you avoid injury and actually get stronger.

  • that girl's ass makes me want to cry

  • you're a beautiful woman!

  • Where's your dog? I love the video with your dog. You kept training ignoing him. I loved it and your workouts!

  • Outstanding form!!
