Hey, I think that's pretty good! You make the ASL look half like a dance. I watched the vid with music, then watched it again muted. Awesome. The character/theme of this song carried through in your movements. It was brilliant!

Neither. I'm signing in ASL and mouthing the English words. Simcom refers to "simultaneous communication" and is when a person signs ASL at the same time they speak in English. Gloss refers to writing English in ASL sentence structure and using terms like "CL" to indicate classifier, etc. It is used to show, in writing, how to sign something.
