APEX told me I had three days to cancel If I wanted and I have never had a problem with thier BIlling maybe if you people read something you signed you would know it's a 39.99 monthly payment! So I am very happy with them For saving our familys house so If thats not good enough for you guys burn in hell!

APX has been in our neighborhood pandering their garbage....be very CAREFUL who's door you knock on. Everything you learn doesn't come from school & reality can sometimes be an ugly teacher.
i have an apx alarm and have no problems...the salesman was very low key, low pressure and their products and cost were in line with other estimates I had received. I signed up for a 3 year contract, which again was in line with the estimates I received from ADT, Brinks and another local company.
I had a sales person come to our home today and while the offer sounded very nice, no installation fee and only a $40 monitoring fee, it sounded too good to be true.
I took his information and found it was odd he didn't have any sort of brochure and started doing research online. Your video was something of big interest to me. I have a feeling the second one will also.
I have an alarm system from Apx Alarm in my condo & I'm very dissatisfied with the company. The system works fine but a year after my system was installed they told me I had to pay $200 or my alarm wouldn't work anymore. When I was initially set up I was told I would never have to pay for anything but the monitoring fee but then the $200 bill came! Apx is a dishonest company & I can't wait to cancel my account but they want to make me pay for that even though my system won't work anymore.
Give me a break! If you are smart... you can pay a buck a day to arm your home and family... the company is giving you a FREE system... and ALL you have to do is pay a very small monitoring fee every month. It's a good thing these guys pressure people. It's at least giving them some common sense protection for their families and things they work so hard for! Hell... their cable bill... their coffee bill every month is much higher!

my APX installers were very professional and tidy, not to mention faster than I expected. I wasn't here when the sales people came.

i AM A ALARM TECH AND HAVE SEEN SOME OF THERE SYSTEM INSTALLS. I COULD NOT FIX THEM, TO MANY PROBLEMS. TO MANY SALE AND TO QUIT ON INSTALLING THEM.
