@Amonaella Im actually part of the worship team for the Cooper City campus. The Worship Pastors are paid but some of the musicians such as myself, we do it for the community and do it as a volunteer service. However we don't do this to get hours or anything like that, we do it for God's purpose and to give back to the community.
