@natman2k If someone has never heard of islam and or never had the full explanation, they will stand in front of Allah and they know who he is without question. Allah Will tell them to jump into the hell-fire or they will be pushed in. If the person refuses he will be a disobedient creation (or slave) and he will be thrown into the fire, If the person jumps into the fire than he or she will be swallowed by the fire and the flames will turn into the level of heaven he or she will go into.
