You can download PCSX2 its a PS2 Emulator but you need a good CPU as with any emulator. 3.0ghz duel core or better would do the trick.

this game is much more realistic than newer SVR games. Like people like Lesnar or Steiner can easily take out smaller guys like Rey or Tajiri. Nowadays I see Rey Mysterio fighting Big Show in SvR09 with almost no problem!

Are you sure that Tajiri wasn´t too tough of an opponent to you? I mean you only killed him about 10 times or something. I bought this game about 2 years ago,created a friggin demon with horns and held four belts at the same time. And yes you can still buy this game in this crappy country of Finland we live in. i like the statistics in hctp ... i was the rock in story mode and i had the wwe title over 20 times and the intercon. over 5 timess... and i looked every time to the other chars how many times they won a title... rey won 1 time the wwe haha...

but the cruiserweight title over 30 times wtf... the story mode kicked ass... best story mode from wwe... hctp rules!

... i hope in svr09 they ll make a better story mode not like in 08 same shit...

This game kicks ass. Every wrestler really acts realistic, for example guys like goldberg and bigshow can take out smaller guys like tajiri and rey with one finisher while smaller guys have to use their speed to survive a match against bigger guys.

I like smack down HCtp more than svr series because:

1st:you can run as many times as you like,not like svr,if you run at svr the stamina will decrease

2nd:The royal rumble,at Smack Down HCtP,you can eliminate by punch,kick,.But at svr,you can only use push to eliminate other superstar

3rd:It has more talented superstar

4th:No Idea but still svr sucks
