Thank you so much for this video. It is my first year of teaching and I just got through my first semester.  I have felt and experienced all of the things that you mentioned in the beginning. Sometimes it seems like other teachers will be looking at me and thinking "why doesn't she get this yet", so it was very nice to see your honest, real, and relatable account of your first year.
