Well I think you want to know the meaning of "ain't", it's just a slang of "not", so the right way to write is "If I don't got you" ^^

Hi, hey I don't know too much english, but as I think, isn't "If I don't GET you"? or "If I didn't get you"?

Oh sorry I mistyped it :P actually, the correct one is " If I didn't get you", because the song use GOT, so it's in the Simple Past right? However, ain't can be used for "do not" or "did not" and even "be not". So to use AIN'T : AIN'T + Verb in the tense you want. ^^ hope that help a lil bit.
