  • Yummy

  • very good video

  • If I weigh 65 kg, what is the right dumbbells to use? 5 kg, 7.5 or 10kg?

  • interesting dynamics....this is great for the guys im coaching....i get them in the weightroom for only about 45 minutes about 30 kids total, and there is only so much you can do with that short amount of time for a good burn....and equal reps

  • @Mattjc7845 Glad you like it. :) Compound movements are great for that!

  • Excellent piece of work!! Thank you very much for Sharing!!!!!

What a way of meeting people and get to see their talent. At first was reluctant being on youtube, but getting to do this has brought me into the houses of some very special people. You are one of them. Life; isn't it wonderful!!! Keep up the good work. Have A Splendid Day!!!!

  • @TheSamiros Yes, I do!

  • nice TITIES

  • THIS ONE WAS SOO HARD omg but amazing. i feel like i'll really see results within a week or two!!

  • @bjosie Yay!!!! Good for you. A little late to respond. sorry. :( Hope you're doing well. :)

  • Hi how long until u see results.. By the way great Vidz!!

  • Thank you.

Results with this or any program is an individual thing.

If you are challenging yourself everytime with the amount of weight you are using... you should notice a difference in about 1 month or so.... but you have to be challenging yourself. It shouldn't be too easy. You should feel a burn and it should be hard to finish the 3 minutes.

  • The first round will be the easiest, the second round should be getting hard to finish and the third round should be really hard to get all the way through.

    Hope that helps.

  • real nice movements. Great vid.

  • lol im all your channel since i found it..

how long b4 we c results?

  • Thank you.

  • You should have your own show on TV. I think you would do really well.

  • Thank you! :) That would be cool. haha.

  • great video pls make more of them

  • Thank you for your comment. I will. :)

  • Thanks Cliffta, Great exercise. It uses all the muscles in the body. And your natural beauty only makes the video that much more interesting. Jim Morris

  • You're welcome! :)

  • Thank you!

I'm sorry about your mother and I hope you get back to it!

    Thanks for watching!!! :)

  • It looks good....i've begun to incorporate this into my day and i really like the way you balance things out a bit. I like the routine, the structure and such and it's really intense and fast...good! Thanks! :)

  • Glad you are liking it!

I'll have more days up over the weekend.

Busier week than usual, but will get caught up this weekend. Especially with the snow coming tomorrow night. I'll be in all weekend looks like. :)

  • That is tough going Clifta harder than it looks!! What weight of dumbell did you use for your video?

  • Yes, it is, huh? did you try it?

I used 12 lbs. on the first 2 days so far.

I could probably go a little heavier next time for the DB rows and for the squat/DB press.

  • Hey, yeah was a really intense 3 minutes lol!

I used 7.5kgs, but couldn't do the last set of shoulder press. Could do the squats n curls till the end but weirdly it was hamstrings that were killing me today?!

Is it normal for shoulders to go 1st or do i need to concentrate on improving them?

The pace you used seemed real quick compared to usual lifting (slower on the way down etc) is that intentional? What is the goal of these workouts is it to lose fat\tone or will it add size as well?

  • 7.5 kg's so that's about 16 lbs.? That's good!

Yes, I think with this combination it's normal for the shoulders to get tired faster because you're using shoulders in both exercises.

One way to get biceps a little more and give the shoulders a little bit of a break would be to do 2 curls to your 1 press. so instead of 1 curl up and 1 press... you would do curl, curl, press. (2 curls and 1 press)

  • Yes, since it's timed it was intentional to have a faster pace, but always make sure it's controlled and you are feeling the parts that you are training. If you're just starting out I wouldn't suggest going at my pace until you are sure you know the correct muscles you are working.

Even though it's a faster pace you want your movements to be mindful and purposeful.

  • You aren't just going faster to get it done... You are still very focused on each rep and I think the faster pace gives you a good burn faster and since the workout is so short... I wanted to feel the burn sooner.

I think this workout will give you a great pump and is intense and if you use a heavy enough weight it can help you build some mass, if that is your goal. My goal isn't to do that so if it was I would have to go heavier than what I did in this video.

  • Doing it the way that I did it here in this clip will keep the muscle toned, tight, and muscular. It gave me a great pump and will build muscular endurance and fitness.

If your goal is to put on serious mass like a bodybuilder... this series won't do that all by itself. You'd have to do some straight sets and lift heavy at times too.

  • That's a great idea about the 2 curls and 1 press alternative Clifta will be sure and try that next time.

Your instruction in these videos is excellent and really appreciate you taking time to answer questions as well.

Looking forward to seeing the rest in the series :)

  • You're welcome!

Thank you for watching, trying, & giving feedback on the series!

  • Ok Clifta,.I gave the routine a try,I combined day 1 and 2 together to make a giant set sort speaking. Here"s what I observed I did 4 sets of the day 1 routine and was breathing heavy but got a good pump out of it...had to rest a min or so before I jumped into the day 2 routine...I also incorporated 4 sets in to that routine and found I was tired at the end lol lol

  • I like the quick pace and intensity of your workouts and will continue working with this and see what happens. Thanks for the tips it's really appreciated. Now if I had my Gymboss I would be set(wink).

  • Yeah, I like the quick pace too.

Yep... Sounds like you need to get one. haha. ;)

  • Wow! 4 Rounds is Great!

It's harder than it seems it would be, huh?

When I get all 6 days up... you'll have to try them all together in one workout with about 1 minute in between each day. lol. That'll really make you tired. hahaha. :)

  • I thought no problem Clifta:P but with no resting in-between it was a little more than I expected 1st time out.....but I Iiked combining the 2 workouts together.....something I will continue to do in my program on a weekly basis. maybe lighter dumbbells would of helped lol lol.....looking forward to the rest of your training tips this week...thanks again. I'm up for a good workout so I'll try the whole routine after you post it:)

  • Haha... good!

Gotta be careful not to go too heavy, but heavy enough for it to be a good workout and get a good pump!

I wanted to get day 3 up today, but I probably won't get it up until tomorrow. :(

Then I should have days 4 & maybe even 5 up for Friday and then day 6 by Saturday.

  • (((( GREAT Clifta !!!! Really a Great Routine Idea Workout !!!! ....you always a very very good TRAINER !!! ...every time you made a wonderful video!!!)))) lol

  • Thank you ! Glad you liked it!

  • perfect form! inspirational!

  • Thank you for watching! :)

  • Wow!!! now that's some interesting moves...a lot of food for thought again Clifta....thanks for sharing:)

  • Thank you!

    And you're welcome. :)

  • I'm going to incorporate day 1 and 2 together today and give it a whirl(no bicep though) I'll let you know how it goes my 1st round later today:)

  • GOOD! Let me know how it goes!

  • Nice...i'm certainly going to do these workouts and thanks again for listening to me. This is cool...I know it may sound silly to some people but for those in certain situations our schedules can be tough. I feel so much better and can think more clearly when I workout...but at times it's hard considering my workload and my hours and such and I hear about this a lot from my friends. These are good videos to refer to, and the workout are well organized...very cool. :)

  • You're very welcome!

I'm just glad you like it and glad it fits your schedule. Yay!

I know what you mean about feeling better and thinking more clearly after working out... that's why it's important to not skip it, which is easy to do when you have a busy schedule.
