Be carefull and do not force them into your ear canal. It will take a doctor to get them back out again.

They're not as good as foam plugs. However you can use them in combination.

@joestl314 - One type is not better than the other. It just comes down to personal preference. I use the Mack's silicone for sleeping and swimming and Mack's foam in the tool shop or on the shooting range. They are both great products.
