  • why the fuck is everybody bitching, this is the closest thing i have ever seen in good form, he doesn't even bend his back when he lifts it up, and he just does a little swing, he does it much better then anybody else on youtube.

  • holy shit, i fucking luv the losers who post comments on youtube. i've been in and out of bodybuilding for almost 30 years. i have owned a supp biz, have hung with monsters totally yoked and geared. so i move down here and been going to this gym and see this kid. i do not know him and have never spoken to him. the only reason i even found these vids is another guy in the gym told me.

    PEOPLE: TRUST ME, THE PLATES AREN'T "FAKE"...THAT IS HILARIOUS.

  • Lets be honest. Yeah his form for a curl wasn't great, but have you ever seen a video of 225 lbs being curled where the form was great? I don't think its humanly possible to perfectly curl 225 lbs. I mean its not like the uploader said "curling 225 perfect form" or anything. So I think we gotta give these guys respect where its due for even attempting to curl such heavy weight. Most people can't even bench 225.
