Yeah you're strong, BUT like another guy said if you used good form you couldn't do that shit. Alot of big guys at the gym can cheat curl 225. You only cheat at the end of a set to make the muscle work harder not easier. I think you're building your EGO more than your muscles.

Every single thing any competent lifter knows NOT to do when curling is demontrated here and then some. Just like his other videos. What is that range of curl motion there? 6 inches? The bar stops moving when his elbows are at a right angle, that's like 50% of the range of this lift when done in proper form. STOP POSTING THESE VIDEOS YOU ROIDED-UP INBRED MORON.

I don't know why is there constant need to lift weights one can't lift. It's obvious this man doesn't have necessary strength and muscle mass for doing 225 x 10. I mean, much bigger and stronger guys doesn't do it - so why you? Ego is a bitch. Drop the weight for 20-25kg and do it properly...

I remember un racking 225lbs from the bench and walking it around to the squat rack because I was to lazy to unload it and throwing it up to my shoulders with hip and back drive to puit it on the squat rack with a curl grip ,but never considered it to be curling the weight...just say-n
