This PRIMARILY white government has a branch called the "CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY(CIA)."
The CIA crashed a train full of drugs into Oakland in a PRIMARILY black neighborhood!
This happened in the 70s and has lead up to now.
This has been racism since the start when Black Africans were taken from their tribes and used as slaves.
Before that 1492 the natives were raided!!

@JAHCE3 Oscar Grant wasn't a slave, and no one he knows is or was a slave. Live was hard 400 years ago. Every other race seems to take personal responsibility for their own life choices.
