Ummmmm.......you kinda have to do cold calls sometimes and cold calls are not always chasing you can offer stuff without chasing a sale. I get lots of new customers by cold calling.
i stopped watching at 2 mins 39 because you had nothing to offer. I was looking for some tips on cold calling but telling me not to cold call put me off.
Dangle a carrot, put the deal on the table within the first minute and then reassure me that what you're selling/telling is what i want.
Nice guys finish last, you need to be hungry in order to plan a feast.

Fairly common internet marketing advice nowadays, however, some industries will be better served by YOU going to a PROSPECT in a more casual manner, not as a salesperson, but a genuine interest in helping out somebody.
