Yes God speaks in dreams. There are many occassions in the Bible when God spoke to man in their dreams...example....Joseph. God also gives visions.....John,etc. What God did then, he can do again now and he does. I want a vision in my dream and I want to know it comes from God and not my mind.

The way I see it, no one has any proof. Its called faith. And if you believe in something, anything, its real to YOU. On the other hand, even lawyers and a jury in a court room understand the concept of a preponderance of evidence = a load of stuff that just points so obviously to a conclusion that to arrive at any OTHER conclusion is just downright foolish.So ...yes, faith. I am already using this channel to present the truth of the gospel to others, I have no doubts that the Lord, Creator of all, exists. His Son is Jesus Christ, and He is the One True God, there is salvation in no other. When I commented above that God can't be "proven," I only meant scientifically as in a test tube experiment. Well, yes, sometimes I see blah blah blah, but sometimes behind their comment, I hear a heart that just hasn't stopped long enough to really consider, I mean really consider what they're saying...and in those cases, I feel the gentle nudge of the Holy Spirit to say to them, "hey wait...stop...don't be so quick to dismiss what's being said here." Too much is at stake here for them to just diss the message. I can only hope & pray they listen.

In Mark 13: 37, Jesus says, "What I say to you, I say to all: WATCH." That His coming will not catch you unawares. Yes, watch and be on the alert, because there is a reward for those who love His appearing, and not knowing the precise day or hour of His return is no excuse for not watching for His appearing. I was a skeptic and mostly an atheist but I had a dream that happened later exactly as I dreamed it. With the amount of elements involved, co-incidence unlikely. Then I having several other dreams that have also happened in real life made co-incidence almost impossible. Most evolutionists don't have much to say about that. hmm

I'm an agnostic, and what really gets me is - does it HAVE to be the Biblical God that is correct? However, it is NO MAN adding or subtracting from God's Word when he comes forward- out of obedience- to speak that which the Lord has deposited within him. Before u sleep each night, EVERY night, ask the Lord 2 cover u, to protect u from all deception, and all spirits who would come 2 u in your sleep masquerading as messengers from heaven. This is critical. Decree that only the Lord will have access 2 u through your dreams, no false dreams, no false visions, nothing false.Then pray 4 wisdom 2 decifer any 411 that comes 2 u through your dreams. Well, I wouldn't be shocked, if that's what you're thinking. Sad, yes. Shocked, no. I'd want to know why. And then I'd probably encourage you to pray the prayer that always gets answered. Goes like this: "Ok, Lord, if You're really out there, if You're really real, Jesus, and if You're God, please make it obvious, and reveal Yourself to me, once and for all so I know for sure. I'm open. Just show me, please." Never heard yet of anyone who prayed that prayer sincerely where God didn't answer.

Mark13v37..Jesus loves us. And he does and Iknow he does. But why did he refer to gentiles as dogs? Gentiles(being us) The story about the caaninite woman whose daughter is possessed by a demon. Jesus talking"I came to save the lost sheep (jews)...."Why give what is the childrens to the dogs?" The caaninite woman said"Even the dogs eat the scraps from their masters table". This is in the book of mathew..Explain the role of the Gentile again please.Almost e/t of what Jesus said was for the Jews.

i had it explained to me by a scholar years ago that the term "dogs" used there would best be translated from the Greek to mean a family beloved pet dog not so much the prejorative term as it sounds in Eng translation. But more importantly the term Gentile is used in the Bible not just for non-Jews, but the truly wicked & ungodly so perhaps that's what Jesus meant. Personally I think He set her up 4 her 2 give her awesome answer which He applauded-remember? = testing her faith, imho

Hi Chronos...No one made God. If you just think about it logically, it will make sense to you. If God really is God, then by extension, He is the "First Cause" from which EVERYthing issues forth - you, me, all. Our "chronos" minds can't wrap our brains around this, because we live in a world framed by time and space. But "kairos" - what many call "God's time" exists outside our finite frame. There are many instances throughout history in which people claim to be messiah, and many cases in which the story is basically identical to that of Jesus. These continue all the way throughout time WAY before Jesus. As for the returning of Christ, wasn't he supposed to return within the same generation after he died? I guess we'll overlook that too.

But as Romans 1:4 states, Jesus Christ was DECLARED to be Son of God with power by His RESURRECTION, an historical event witnessed by 500+ people who were alive at the time the accounts of His resurrection were written, thus were also alive to rebutt said accounts had they been lies/myths but they did not rebutt the accounts, as they are not lies. shtungles, the 25th chapter in the Gospel of Matthew you're referring to, when Christ says "this" generation won't pass away "till all these things" happen refers to all the things He'd just been talking about -- such as in verse 32 where He said "Now learn this parable from the fig tree" [the fig tree being a known biblical symbol for the nation of Israel.] Jesus said, "When [the fig tree= Israel's] branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know summer is near." continued..

Israel became a nation in 1948, which was a huge prophetic sign to those looking for the Lord's return. Now, just a little over 60 years old, Israel's branch has already become tender, she's put forth leaves, etc.. Jesus said it's a sign/time guage of the hour we're in. Thanks for the question. When the disciples asked Him what would be the sign of His coming, He outlined a whole list of things that would precede His Second Coming, then concluded by saying,"Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place." Many take this verse totally out of context, saying Jesus told His disciples THIS generation won't pass till I come back meaning the disciples' generation.[continued]

Stormystew, Since ALL the things Jesus mentioned haven't yet happened, we see shtungles' interpretation is wrong and out of context. When taken IN CONTEXT we see that Jesus was saying that the generation which would not pass away is the one that's alive when ALL the things He just mentioned had come to pass. ALL the things HAVEN'T yet come to pass.This is why we must watch at all times. Because He gave us signs to look for. Israel becoming a nation again in 1948 is just one sign among many.

There is nothing that God (Jehova) can't do. I Love him, If only I prayed more there would be no doubt in my soul that I would be saved! Please keep speaking to people, but pray!!
