I would say it was more mysterious than scary. There were a lot of freaky parts but the scare doesn't stick to you like other movies. The ending was pretty "OMG" though. If you haven't seen it, I suggest you do.

this is the original version. it's thai, not japanese. sorry. but the remake of the thai version will be out this year.
