  • No kidding! Did u miss the part where I said the film sped to doubletime? Its in the friggin title in the video... clown

  • Fake

  • Haha! that sounds superb! with the double speed it reminds me of an oldskool F1 car!

Very cool mk1 too by the way! :)

  • chas!!!! el video esta alterado

  • nasty nasty ride, love it

  • you can't truly tell how fast his car is because I think the guy is fast forwarding the video.

  • yeah doucher, read the description, he said he sped the film up. you're an idiot

  • yep, vws rock

  • for a second I was like DAMN! THAT CAR IS FAST, like ford escort bda 2000 rs fast! hehehe it sounds like motorbike pocket rocket.

  • ever heard the term pocket rocket

  • ok, whats the price on a setup like this...im getting into the VW's and i want to do something similar. some friends of mine have this kid of setup on their samurais....im assuming it more or less the same?

  • GSX-R 600-750 itb's off ebay ($100-$150). Aftermarket Fuel/Ignition management unit $400-$1500. I would recommend megasquirt if your handy.

Best/cheapest on a 1.8-2.0 16v, or 2.0 8v aba (due to front intake mounting vs oldskool 8v counter-flow heads that are at the back and just over the exhaust *HEAT SOAK*) Must have 9:1-11:1 comp. Big cam on 16v-8v. I prefer the asymmetric 16v cams from Autotech.

  • There's a difference in port size on the 1.8-2.0 16v heads. If ur not P&P'ing the head, Combine the 1.8 16v head on a 2.0 16v bottom end. This will give you more than the standard 134hp than the 2.0 16v stock. The 1.8 = better intake port size, the 2.0 16v = better exhaust end. When both are P&P'd,no difference.

If tuned, proper cam & intake length, header, exhaust, proper velocity stack length, non bored, a 16v can put out 180hp. I've seen personally 207HP @ the wheels on a stroked 2.1 aba 16v.

  • lol fukin indy car haha

  • by the way, this is almost better than stockholm getaway. not better, but damn near as good

  • dude! rabbits are so money! wanna see real time! double speed is to much to handle! i was reading about a guy who did itb using tb from a suzuki gsxr600...in a rabbit...craaaaaaaaaazy!!!!!

  • yea man my mate has a mk1 bunny wit 16v aba motor, 288 cams, 12.5:1 pistons, and a whole bunch of other things. it can keep pace with a 911 :)

  • guys this film is sped up but

thats why it sounds like a bike or an f1 car but it does really go well

  • man this is tite man props ..i like it !

  • thanks man

    its a blast to drive

  • what engine it has i have a 98 aba and would like ibt on it

  • 95 2.0l aba crossflow on with ITB's and standalone ;)

  • @emperorwlad Just got a new motor. JH head with the ABA Block. Lightweight flywheel, tuned, rebuilt. It will be a daily driver, glad to be apart of the ABA Rabb crowd haha

  • Sounds like a late 70's F1 car!
