  • happydays whats that catchphrase not westcountry maybe london or norforlk slang or bucks

  • I had a drop handle Raleigh bike just like the one in the episode. More scary than the stones is thinking back to algebra at school and feeling quite as hopeless as they did.

  • @paulreed1 Then came along thee ape hangers....The great ol' Chopper...Great days aye...

  • I have just come across this after randomly thinking of kids tv programmes i used to watch. I am 45 and still remember this from ooh it must be 35 years ago? It must have made an impression on me, and the music frightened the life out of me. Real class programme. As soon as I saw the girl Sandra it all came back!

  • I'm 44 and remember this when it came out...Still as scary now! I had night mares when I was young after this series

  • loved this series, thanks for putting it on. Blast from the past - watched it as a child and found the music even creepier than the Dr Who series all together. Thank you Icult.

  • I went to this location recently and in the shop they had no idea of this series!!

  • @CrueLoaf They should do! Terrible!!!;-)

  • I'll say one thing, MovieMan. I'm a yank too but I'll take living with the Stones over the madness that is Los Angeles or New York any day.

Besides, you cannot leave the Circle! <] : D

  • @TheToongrrl Hey , what`s wrong with LA and NY ?!?!? A bit hectic maybe but without `em , The USofA WOULDN`T be NEARLY AS GREAT as it is ! Although , I must admit I`m grateful to live in A Small Town like Long Beach ! And maybe it`s just my Scotch-Irish Blood talkin` but um , The Idea of bein` A Blissed-Out Druid Drone doesn`t seem so bad to me !

  • This television program was featured on Nickelodeon's "The Third Eye" in the very early 1980's. It was a creepy show for the ages it geared towards. I think it should have been for middle-high school students instead.

  • @AspieCub I remember this too! Children of the Stones scared the s**t out of me!

  • @AspieCub Nickelodeon did have a viewer discretion warning advising that the show was intended for older children.

  • Actually, more significant than the scariness of it is the consumption of alcohol. On Nickelodeon.

  • for me it was this, the tomorrow people, ace of wands,And the Double Decker's.

    ;~))

  • wow, i am from canada, we didnt had these kind of creepy tv show...wow!!

  • @simontre23 we had great kids tv in the 70,s this tomorrow people, the changes all with adult themes, now kids get american shit

  • @karlydoc Hey , don`t put down America , fucker !

  • @1993MovieMan With language like that, my friend, you're not doing your mighty nation any favours.

  • @MooBoo1979 Heh , see . That`s the difference `tween you Brits and us . We don`t care what anyone thinks of us( `least not as individuals ) . Doesn`t mean we`re any less intelligent than you . Just means we don`t take BS from anybody !

  • @1993MovieMan Fair enough, and I for one am not accusing the Americans of being unintelligent. Far from it. One problem I'd like to point out to you though...I'm Australian!

  • @MooBoo1979 Ah okay then , I`m cool with The Aussies . I just assumed ya were some Brit snob , this bein` A Brit Show an` all . Sorry !

  • @1993MovieMan Ah, don't worry about it! You have great taste in TV viewing!

  • GREAT QUALITY! Wonderful series and very superior to those of today.

Brings back memories of being a kid again. Thanks very much for posting!!
