@Eye4dance. Martha was trained at Denishawn, where precise body language via Delsarte technique, and intense embodiment of musicality via Dalcroze technique were both taught. Having taught Delsarte for the now defunct Dalcroze program at Juilliard, I can attest to the power of both. The dancers are accurately "pronouncing" her choreography, but lack the absolute theatrical precision Graham herself possessed. She passed along her technique, but not her underpinning knowledge, as far as I can see.
