The only way violence is justifiable is if it is in self defense. I do think that everyone is one and that you should treat others as you would yourself but I don't think we should limit our imagination to god. Religion is irrational in my opinion and leads people to do irrational things, once you have someone that thinks they know all the answers and that this life really does not matter, then you have irrational actions.
Violence only changes things in self defense.

They can "pray" all they want for someones death. It will not be answered in that way, but what they pray for (hatred of someone else) will be visited upon them from within themselves. A thought can never leave it's creator, it can only be transformed.

So there are people gathering to pray for Obama's death.Well, since he is still alive, we can assume the following: Either Obama's annointed by god, therefor god is ignoring the prayers of his followers which should turn those ppl arround to follow obama, OR prayers don't work ( as most people with a link to reality have figured out ).Both will of course not happen...because arguments that stand on a religous foundation are usually simply personal views which try to claim legitemacy through god

@philpalx You lack understanding of economics. The Economy was already collapsing, Bush reacted badly to it, but he didn't destroy the economy anymore than Obama has. The economy has been in a downswing since the 60s. It was only a matter of time before we hit major recession, like we did in the 1930s.

I'm not particularly bias toward one side, but after watching all news networks and fact checking them, did you know Fox is the only network who actually tells the truth? And for that matter, they have more viewers than all the other networks combined. Interesting isn't it?

They said he is getting tuff on gun laws. What fucking gun laws? Obama has not introduced any gun law what so ever. Which, by the way, isn't *real* news in case you were thinking it was. He's a comedian and guest actor in movies for a reason. Next. Obama's family even said he was born in Kenya and no one seems to have picked up on it much. So, his birth certificate is most likely fake. Not sure if you're aware of this, but files are easy to manufacture.

Try re-reading everything so you'll see that I did address your false statement. Fox didn't lie. Obama did. Note. HE SAID, he would change gun laws (and he hasn't). They went up in arms about it. This means that Liberals want to ban something as simple as all pistols (Revolvers are technically capable of semi-automatic fire, as they will fire each time the trigger is pulled.), semi-auto hunting shotguns and of course, classic weapons like the M1 Garand which helped our troops stop the most evil man in history.

@carnypimp Oh, I had to come back to mention this. I pretty largely didn't pay attention to anything surrounding the Gifford shooting except for making a bet with my friend over whether she'd die or not, and another for whether the gunman was a psychopath or a Tea Party member. I won them both as she lived, and he was a psychopath. Past that, couldn't really give a fuck because it's Arizona and doesn't effect me up here in Illinois.

@killobama2112 I'm for gun ownership, but it's not a born right. I think you're mixing up "Born rights" with "Government given rights." A born right is to live until you cease life functions. A born right is to exist until snuffed from existence. That's about it. "Rights" are fantasy ideas we humans created. They don't really exist. They're not tangible and thus a "Born Right" doesn't exist at all. Hell, we don't even have a Right to be born. We just are, or we aren't.

i feel so bad for obama. i dont even like the guy, but nobody deserves that. i mean, im a christian and i really dont agree with obama on a lot of things. but jeez, give the guy a break. he entered into office with our economy in shambles. he's doing what any person elected in these circumstances would do: just do the best they can. can't blame a guy for trying. it's better then doing nothing. but under no circumstances should you ever wish/pray for death/harm on anyone. thats just wrong.
