Just hook up your PSP, Open the PSP folder, drag the pic of your choice into the PICTURE folder, then hit Triangle on the pic, hit set as wallpaper.

@MrMultimedia1997 just connect your psp to the computer with an USB-cable. it should connect automatically or just go to the SETTINGS in the menu on your PSP to connect. then open REMOVABLE E: (that should be your psp, it can also be named F: etc.) in that folder go to "PSP" and there's a folder named "THEME". hope you find it, if you havent found it already
