Mai is definitely my favorite Jupiter. It seems they were never lucky is the Jupiter-actress department and although Mai is really dramatic, she's into her role and she enjoys what she's doing. I've never seen a Jupiter get INTO her role. Mai captures Makoto for me completely.
You know, I think a lot of us tend to pick our Jupiters based on their voices or how well they have the look. But then again, Mai seemed to get more attention. She's the only Jupiter to get a graduation (Tonegawa Akari was part of the mass graduation of the 1st stage).
Kanoko doesn't really stand out to me. She didn't seem to get used a whole lot. The first stage really seemed to be about Anza, Ayako, and Misako. The early musicals were also the victims of crude costuming since the wigs and costumes are noticeably better in later myus.
@Sassyrecombinantpass HEY!? She is not taking Kanoko's crown! Mai is the best Jupiter ever! I don't hate Kanoko, but I like Mai more!! Mai is very talented Jupiter, even she is 12! Kanoko is 19 when she start starring! :O

It bothers me that this girl took Kanoko's crown. I think she was very into the role but she never got enough attention...
