i tried this with high brass and it makes no noise, any tips to make it whistle?

@laDUCKHUNTER504 In Field and Stream it says you need a high and low brass, or two lows, were you using 2 highs? It might not have the right airflow with 2 highs. I ain't no rocket scientist, that's my best guess. I used 2 lows, they work very well, breathe inwards.
