Tech n9ne is a way better rapper. Also just because you an artist has more notoriety doesn't

mean he is better. There are a gang of rap artist that aren't as well known as Mac. A few of them are

Substantial, Cise Starr( from CYNE), Shing02 and a bunch more. Another good example is Soulja boy, look at his popularity. But he isn't better than say any other artist in his genre.
