  • @alwayshaley325 don't get worried by this if your a little over or under this because muscle weighs more than fat so if your very muscular u might weigh somewhat over this and everyone's frame is a little different but for the "average" person with your body type anywhere between 125lbs-170lbs is considered "Normal weight"

  • @20munequita about 100-110

  • core exericses are important for a number of reasons but for a flatter stomach (less fat %)5 things are required 1.a good diet (keep a food diary and check fsa website) 2.cardio training (you enjoy doing) 3.Resistance training (use all your big muscles) determination its your move no ones going to do it for you (act be more active) and patience (you didnt put it on overnight) If you continue exercising you can have huge health benefits less fat is only one of hundreds of reasons to be active.

  • I Want Revenge! bit . ly/jerku

  • hat blonde is so hot!

  • The segment wasn't just about a flat tummy but also a comparison to help determine what's more effective for increasing core strength. Pole dancing works the body from the inside out (inner & outer core units are working) as movements on the pole require the body to be suspended in the air (isometric contraction) by engaging muscles in the shoulders, biceps, back muscles and abdominals. There's more to it than just swinging around a pole! and Erika did only attend 2 pole dancing sessions
