@alwayshaley325 don't get worried by this if your a little over or under this because muscle weighs more than fat so if your very muscular u might weigh somewhat over this and everyone's frame is a little different but for the "average" person with your body type anywhere between 125lbs-170lbs is considered "Normal weight"
