This is not a "response" to anything. Most church people sing exactly like that, most notably the catholics, when they DO sing.

Title of the video is VERY misleading. It's not terrible, not great but not painful. This is from the Palm Sunday liturgy, the psalm for the day. To the poster who commented about not singing a song that's praising God, this is. It's one of the psalm and directly from scripture. Not every song in church has to be happy-clappy to be praising God. The psalmist knew this. Oh, and you gotta love the big screen TV's. Really adds something to the lovely architecture of the building.

This isn't a typical catholic church, lol. I've never been to a church with horrible singers. I don't consider myself a practicing catholic, but when I do go to my church, I always leave in a better mood. The choral group at my parish is freakin' awesome. Mad kudossssss

Church singers are never exactly the best. It's not about the singing it's about any person being able to get up during mass and sing about the Lord.
