@GmodGuy757 This Strat, my friend, is an '09 Made in Mexico Standard Strat. The absolutely most bare-bones Strat that Fender makes. Glad it was my first guitar. I use a '10 American Deluxe Strat now, I decided to increase my budget for musical equipment.

Very well done when you are playing the verse parts (0:49) where it goes back and fourth are you playing thous second notes open on the 7 fret?

Thanks for appreciating my cover, to answer your question I palm mute the D string while alternating between the 7th fret and open D. The whole point of this section is to create a percussive tone alternating between a low and high note, so as long as you palm mute whatever your playing to quickly cut off each note and play open to 7th fret, or whatever you come up with, it shall be sexy.

lul it is a Made in Mexico Strat, which is $500, whereas the American Strat is $1200, so you are hearing a Mexican version of an American instrument, though Fender owns a manufacturing plant in Mexico so it is a Fender guitar. I have been getting complaints about my tone lately and I'm working on improving it
