In older episodes, you could always see a bullet flying towards Lex and Clark would have a look on his face like "Should I save him?" This was a thousand times better, Clark is totally in control now, and he caught the way he did to prove a point. He grabs the bullet and looks at Oliver in such a way to where Clark is basically saying "I'm in charge now," and Oliver knows it.

so the heat vision returns to his eyes when he's done using it? me no like... and his shirt is not made of steel. he has a very small thin layer aura that surrounds him. just millimeters away from his body. thats why in a fight, his suit stay intact but his cape gets messed up. except the superboy from the silver age, he had a cape made from kryptonian cloths. which could actually stretch and was as strong as him.

In all it's almost ten year history this has got to be one of the best scenes ever!!!

The stopping of the bullet millimeters from Oliver, then the look between the two guys!!! Yes I think Oliver felt it even if he never actually seen him.

Two very protective guys and boy is Lois lucky to have them both in either context! Superb work and Justin Hartley almost topples the main star with those gorgeous eyes of his!!!!

And it's sometimes why I think he can extend it a little bit when he catches someone who falls 50 feet without sudden deceleration injuring them internally, or can carry someone while flying 150 mph and they can breath ok. Or partly why he can protect someone against an explosion using his body.

I can't watch Superman with Brandon Routh, since I am so hooked on Smallville. To me, there is nothing like natural blue eyes, and Erica is a Lois. I understand more of who Superman/Clark really is and more of his compassion to others and his believes. Did Oliver see him face to face after he caught the bullet??
